AP Teachers Transfers Application Form 2013 will be available online at www.aponline.gov.in, or at www.dseap.gov.in websites from 3rd May 2013. Teachers have to apply online for transfers. Transfers counselling will be held from 11th May 2013 to 15th May 2013. Transfers Seniority Lists will be published after the online apply process comes to an end. Transfers and Rationalization process both will come to an end by 15th of May 2013. Online Transfers Application is available at www.aponline.gov.in.
